Clearing a lot for building or selling
A lot gets cleared for one of two reasons. Something is about to be built on it, or someone wants to sell and a clean lot shows better than a tangle of brush. The work is the same either way. Trees come down, stumps and roots come out, brush and debris get cut up and carried off, and what is left is open ground that a surveyor, a buyer or a builder can actually read.
Our team has all the equipment to handle tree clearing and the removal of whatever else has been left on the property. Grubbing is the part people forget about. Roots and stumps left in the ground rot and settle, which is how a building pad ends up sinking years later. Pulling them out first costs far less than finding them under a slab.

After a storm, a property can look like it will take months to sort out. Trunks across the drive, limbs piled on a roof line, root balls tipped up with half the yard attached. Clearing it is mostly a question of having the right machine and enough trucks to keep moving, and that is what we mean by a team of truckers who can clear your property for excavation or just after a storm.
The order matters. Access comes first, so the machine can reach the heavy pieces without dragging them across a lawn or a septic field. Then the big timber is cut and loaded, the smaller debris follows, and the ground is left usable instead of rutted. If the storm exposed a bigger problem, like a washed-out slope or a stump hole that needs filling, we can see it while we are there.
